Beginner – Experienced Players

Simply fill out the form below, select the training(s) your child will be attending, and download the Informed Consent by clicking on the image to the right!  Please return a signed waiver via email or in person the day of your child’s first training session.  

Angel City Lacrosse’s Youth Clinic is a unique opportunity for student athletes interested in trying lacrosse and learning the game from an elite and experienced team. Trainings are open to players of all levels that are looking to develop their skills and experience the excitement of one of the fastest growing sports on the West Coast.

**Player must attend at least 3 sessions to receive a t-shirt.
